Volunteer Opportunities with Davis Farm to School

​

• Davis Farm to School Committee: work on a variety of projects, meetings are once a month

• Communications Team: be a reporter, writer, photographer, editor, blogger, web worker and more

• School gardens: help with garden lessons, activities and maintenance

• School food: provide taste tests to students, help coordinate school garden to cafeteria projects, teach cooking classes, or become a member of the DJUSD Nutrition Advisory Committee

• Waste reduction: help at school sites, coordinate Recycle Art Fairs, help collect and analyze data

• Events: staff fun events including fundraisers, Grain to Bread, Fall Festival, ticket booths, etc.
