Winter Cooking Class at the Student Nutrition Services: On December 16th, Georgeanne Brennan gave a coking class to the staff of the Student Nutrition Services entitled “Incorporating Winter Fruits and Vegetables into the Menu and Flavor Profiles of Southeast Asia”.
